Pre-processing after harvest:
• After the collection is done, as fresh, products that contain a lot of water, require immediate processing after harvest because they are easily damaged (losing their quality).
• Pre-processing is carried out in the following actions: Harvested plants are immediately removed from the collection bags or the transporting vehicle, placing them in the shade, and not exposed to the sun (excluding sun-loving roots) and protected from moisture, to wait for the whole quantity to be collected. After collection, the transport of the product is immediately organized to the collection center, or to Agroproduct directly.

Final processing step:
Right after the goods are delivered to the collection center or to the AP facility, they immediately go under the drying system, in thermal dryers.Then the goods will enter the processing facility where each of the products enters the belt conveyors for the cleaning process and after that to other processing machines.
