Description: Biennial plant with branched stem, oval triple leaves elliptical top. Yellow flowers cluster. The entire plant has coumarin scent.
Spread out in Kosovo: It grows by the roads, humid places, fields etc.
Consumable parts: part with the leaves and flower (Meliloti herba).
Harvesting: Herb is harvested during the summer (VI-VII).
Drying: It should be done in oven or in fresh places, in temperature up to 50 0C. Ratio: 5:1.
Therapeutic category: Against the swelling and vein-tonic.
Use: Used in curing haemorrhoids, varicose veins etc.
Preparation and dose: Prepared as balm for haemorrhoids or cover varicose veins.
