Pjesët e përdorshme: gjethet ( Uvae Ursi Folium ).
Vjelja: vjelen gjethet e reja gjatë muajve VII – X.
Tharja: në diell, dhoma të freskëta ose furra në shtresa të holla në temp. 50 °C.
Raporti: 4:1.
Kategoria terapeutike: Antiseptik.
Përdorimi: tradicionalisht përdoret për pastritmin e veshkave dhe rrugëve urinare nga bakteret.
Përgaditja dhe doza: gjethet e thara të blura qiten në 200ml ujë të valë. Çaji pihet tri herë në ditë nga një gotë jo më gjatë se një javë Kjo nuk guxon të përsëritet më shumë se 5 herë brenda vitit.
